i think my favorite and simplest recipe with sourdough discard are crackers. they have quickly become popular in our home and i MUST share.
i follow this recipe and make modifications as i go.
some of our favorite modification are...
+ lemon rosemary: just add 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice and a tablespoon of dried rosemary.
+ "cheesy" crackers: add 1-2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast for a dairy free cheese cracker
+ everything bagel: after rolling your dough, oil the top and sprinkle as much or as little everything bagel season onto the top and bake
the possibilities with this recipe truly are ENDLESS!
