dairy free chia pudding

this can be a yummy treat in the afternoon or a nice addition to your breakfast. it is super nutritious and so good. chia pudding is perfect for any age. my one year old son loves this and eats it for breakfast.


basically in a nutshell you are going to make a smoothie... but here is what i do.

what you will need:

+ 1 cup of strawberries (can be frozen)

+ 1 cup of blueberries (can be frozen)

+ 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (can be omitted)

+ 1/2 cup of chia seeds

+ 1 can of coconut milk


  1. blend all ingredients, but leave out the chia seeds.

  2. pour into a storage container and stir in the chia seeds.

  3. place in fridge until set. it will become an almost gelatinous consistency.
